Account Deletion
If you wish to cancel your membership (delete your account), please be sure to read the following notes carefully before proceeding with the cancellation request.
Important Notes
- After cancellation, your Calomama ID and all related data will be deleted. However, some data specified in the “Calomama Plus App Terms of Use” will continue to be retained.
- Once your account is cancelled, your data cannot be restored.
- After cancellation, you may register a Calomama ID again using the same email address, but none of the data from before the cancellation will be restored.
- After cancellation, we will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding data from before the cancellation.
Main Data and Services That Will Be Deleted or Disabled After Cancellation
- Calomama ID (email address, password, phone number) and services linked to the Calomama ID
- Profile information (date of birth, nickname, profile image)
- Connections with registered supporters

- Name of the app you are using (for Malaysia or for Thailand)
